End users that purchase and take delivery of the models
listed below during the promotion period will receive
an Ethernet ready printer at a non-Ethernet price. This
is a $182 savings at MSRP.

- The units must be purchased and delivered to the final
end user between March 7, 2007 and the close of business
on September 28, 2007.
- Units may be purchased and delivery taken at one time
or on multiple purchase orders and deliveries made
during the promotion period.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other special
pricing discounts.
- Units are available from authorized TallyGenicom resellers.
- The listed models and all other configurations of the 2265/80/2T+ family of printers come with a 12 month return to depot warranty. Contact your TallyGenicom authorized reseller for warranty to on site service conversion rates.
- This promotion is open to all end users in the USA
and Canada only.

Official Terms and Conditions
Trade-In printer(s) must be currently in use by the End User in working and or non working condition with no missing parts.
This Trade-In program is a one for one offer, meaning that for each new TallyGenicom 2265+, 2280+ and or 2280-2T+ serial matrix printer purchased the end user may Trade-In one (1) old printer.
Accumulating old trade-in printers from different End Users is not permitted.
• Trade-In value and resulting credit is due from the reseller of choice that the final End User has selected. Select resellers may extend the Trade-In value at the time of new printer purchase by deducting the Trade-In value from new printer purchase price. Others may select to provide the End user a credit after the Trade-In printer is received by TallyGenicom at our Trade-In center or serial number ID tag is returned to TallyGenicom.
Typical lead time for the shipment of new TallyGenicom 2265+, 2280+ and or 2280-2T+ serial matrix printer(s) is 5 Business days from order receipt, if not already in reseller inventory.
Up to $ 450 Trade-In for your old serial matrix printer
The Trade-In program is available to all end users in Canada and the USA who purchase a new TallyGenicom 2265+, 2280+ and or 2280-2T+ serial matrix printer. The new serial matrix printer must be purchased from an authorized TallyGenicom reseller, delivered and installed between May 30, 2007 and September 28, 2007.
The End User is eligible for a Trade-In credit from the reseller for the old printer being traded-in, for which a new TallyGenicom serial matrix printer is purchased. The trade-in value for the old printer is dependent on the new TallyGenicom serial matrix printer purchased by the end user.
Free pick up of your old printer
During the program period TallyGenicom will also make arrangements to pick up and return your old Trade-In printer to the TallyGenicom Trade-In return center.
After your new printer is installed TallyGenicom will provide the End User with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and make arrangements to have the old printer picked up and sent to the TallyGenicom Trade-In center. Freight for the returned printer will be paid for by TallyGenicom. In typical situations, the RMA will be issued within 14 days of the new printer being delivered and installed.
In certain cases, at TallyGenicom’s discretion, the old Trade-In printer will not be picked up and the End User will be asked to scrap the printer locally and return the old printer serial number ID tag to the reseller who will in turn notify TallyGenicom. The serial number ID tag is required to complete the Trade-In and insure that the End User is entitled to the Trade-In value indicated.
