A free maintenance inspection is available only to qualified registrants. The printer being registered must be out of warranty at the time of registering and must be pre-qualified over the phone by a service administrator to receive a free maintenance inspection.
The free maintenance inspection is available only to United
States registrants within 50 miles of an authorized service
center. To determine your distance, use our online Service
Locator. Distances in excess are charged for
time and travel if the registrant is qualified to receive
the free maintenance inspection and still opts to receive
the free maintenance inspection.
The free maintenance inspection covers time, travel and labor of the inspection only. It does not cover any time, travel, labor, parts or software upgrade costs to repair the printer if it is in need of repair or consumables replacement for a broken or working printer. Upon completion of the free maintenance inspection, you may choose from one of the following actions:
1) Elect to have no repairs done.
2) Pay for any time, travel, labor or parts costs to repair the printer, or
3) Place the printer(s) under a service contract, if available, at the current rates.
Any repairs are subject to TallyGenicom's established payment terms. This offer is subject to change at any time.
