1. How to Qualify
In order to qualify for the GPS drawing, entrants must supply all of the required information for a Tally, Genicom or TallyGenicom printer that they own or is owned by their employer. Entrants can register more than one printer but cannot register the same printer multiple times. The GPS drawing will be held within 10 days after the end of the promotional period. Entrants from previous drawing periods cannot re-enter a previously submitted printer for the next drawing.

2. Eligibility
This drawing is open to all legal business entities in US or Canada. The winners must have reached the age of majority in the jurisdictions in which they reside. Employees, officers, and directors of TallyGenicom, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, sibling, parent, child or grandparent and their respective spouses of such persons) and persons living in their same households, are NOT eligible to participate or win a prize in this promotion. These same exclusions apply to TallyGenicom resellers. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner understands that in order to receive the prize, they will need to provide a completed W-9 for tax purposes. Additionally, the winner must agree to have their name and picture used on TallyGenicom's website for promotional purposes.

3. Rules Are Binding
Participation in promotions constitutes participants understanding of, and full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of, these Official Rules. TallyGenicom reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is determined to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. TallyGenicom's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of these Official Rules in general.

4. Odds
The odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the drawing.

5. Prize
Prize will be awarded to the one (1) winner selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received between August 1, 2006 and December 30, 2006. TallyGenicom reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal value at anytime.
