Technical Support for Legacy Printers

In order to focus on current products, support is discontinued for products that have reached the end of their life cycle. The status is determined per product, depending on the number of products sold, the length of time it was produced, and the availability of product resources. When a product has reached support end of life, it is placed into Legacy status.

TallyGenicom does not provide telephone or e-mail technical support for Legacy products. All available support will be provided on the TallyGenicom web site. Supplies (ribbons, toner, etc.) will be available for some time after the product is placed into Legacy status. Service, options, documentation and parts may be available for a period of time.
