Technical support has been discontinued for all listed models.

SUMMARY: The job prints properly, but a lighter 'ghost' copy of the image is repeated partway down the page.

CAUSE: A failure of the OPC unit.

SOLUTION: Replace the OPC.

NOTE: Different models have different page life ratings on the OPC, but all OPC units have an 18 month shelf life. OPC units with low page counts, but are older than 18 months, can exhibit this problem.
