CAUSE: A dirty or defective part in the paper transport or imaging system.

CHECK: Measure the distance between identical defects. Compare the distance listed in these tables:

SOLUTION:

• Clean the affected component. Do not use any liquids or solvents on the OPC. Use only alcohol on the rollers.
• Have any defective component replaced by a qualified technician.
